Dimash Qudaibergen most adott ki Aqerke címmel egy dalt és egy zenei videót, amiben egy régi kazah folk dalt dolgoz fel brilliáns módon. Ötvözi a régit és az újat, a tradicionális és a modern hangzást, vérpezsdítő táncbetét van a videóban, és mindeközben tisztelettel adózik szülővárosa, Aktöbe előtt. És a videóban a folytonosságot és a az egységet megtestesítve, újra és újra felbukkan a kazah zászló, de úgy, hogy nincs benne semmi pátosz vagy kivagyiság.
Dimash a saját művészi útját járja, független művészként, énekesként és dalszerzőként. Ezt elmondta egy tegnapi Instagram bejegyzésben, amibe válaszolt egy kritikára, amit otthonról kapott (máskülönben nem beszélt volna csak kazahul). Persze aki a tömegek elé viszi az alkotását, mindig is célpontja a kritikának, de ez az ő esetében mindig nagyon furcsán, és a külföldi rajongói számára érthetetlen módon jelentkezik.
Akik az egynyári slágereket várják tőle, azok továbbra is csalódni fognak, akik úgy tartják, hogy csak mások számait énekli, azoknak is megadja választ, hiszen sok saját szerzeménye van, az utóbbi években ezeknek a száma folyamatosan nő. Az októberben induló új világ körüli turnéra 15 új dal várja a közönséget!!!😊
- Ha csak 2025-től máig görgetem végig Dimash YouTube csatornáját, akkor azt látom, hogy van 1 dal, a Love is Not Over Yet, amit neki írtak, nem más, mint Walter Afanasieff és csapata. Gyönyörű zenei videó készült hozzá.
- Van két régi kazah folk dal, a Tau Ishinde és az Aqerke, amit Dimash dolgozott fel, ő írta át és ő hangszerelte a két dinamikus, táncolható dalt, remek videóval.
- Ott a My Way, a klasszikus Sinatra dal, amit a magyar Virtuózokban olyan legendákkal énekelt, mint Plácido Domingo és Jose Carreras, és nem más kísérte, mint Hauser.
- És van 8 új dal fenn, aminek ő szerezte a zenéjét, és többnek ő írta a szövegét: Omir, Qarlygashym Uya Salganda, Fire, Gashyqtyq, Samal, amit Nurzhas Sadirbayevnek írt, Samgau, Living for the Game, és ideteszem a When I've Got You-t, mert ez a verzió 2026-ban jelent meg.
Vagyis miről beszélnek azok, akiket Dimash is említ az Instagramon? 😕Fogalmam nincs, de láttam én is több helyen, a saját fiókjaiban vagy más kazak fiókokban, hírportálokon megjelent cikkek alatt a kazah vagy orosz nyelven, de van, hogy angolul írt kritizáló, sokszor sértő vagy gúnyos kommenteket.
Dimash szó szerint feltette a térképre Kazahsztánt a nyugati országok számára. Többezren utaznak oda a világ minden tájáról, ha otthon ad koncertet. Hazája kulturális nagykövete és az ENSZ IOM globális jószolgálati nagykövete. Milliók csodálják a hangját, a dalait, a tehetségét és azt, hogy mennyire szerény ember maradt a sikerei ellenére. Mégis van, aki azt kérdi, "mikor lesz belőle rendes énekes"?! Nevetséges, de tényleg. Ha a tinglitangli a mérce a rendes énekesek számára, akkor úgy vélem, hogy soha, mert Dimash olyan magasan áll a tinglitangli felett, hogy az onnan nem is érzékelhető. Ha egy olyan országnak, amely messze nem nevezhető a világ zeneipari központjának (távol álljon tőlem, hogy meg akarjam sérteni Kazahsztánt, de ezek a tények) olyan hatalmas tehetséggel megáldott művésze van, mint Dimash, akkor azt támogatni kell, nem lehúzni.
Dimash sosem kérkedik és sosem kritizál. De úgy tűnik, néha azt érzi, hogy muszáj elmondani a véleményét, mert biztosan ő is értetlenül áll a jelenség előtt, és valószínűleg bántja is őt. És ez nem jó. De reméljük, hogy ez is megváltozik, és úgy fogadják a sikereit és művészetét mindenhol, ahogyan megérdemli.

Dimash Qudaibergen has just released a song and a music video - Aqerke, in which he brilliantly covers an old Kazakh folk song. He combines the old and the new, the traditional and the modern sound, there is a heart-pounding dance in the video, and all the while he pays homage to his hometown of Aktobe. And in the video, embodying continuity and unity, the Kazakh flag appears again and again, but without any pathos or pretentiousness.
Dimash is following his own artistic path, as an independent artist, singer and songwriter. He said this in an Instagram post yesterday, in which he responded to a criticism he received from his homeland (otherwise he wouldn't have spoken only in his native language). Of course, anyone who brings his work to the masses is always a target of criticism, but in his case it always manifests itself in a very strange way, and in a way that is incomprehensible to his foreign fans.
Those who expect one-time hits from him will continue to be disappointed. Those who think that he only sings other people's songs just got an answer from him, as he has many of his own compositions, in recent years the number of these has been constantly increasing. And for his new global tour starting in October, 15 new songs await the audience!!!😊
If I only scroll through Dimash's YouTube channel from 2025 to the present, I see that
- there is 1 song, Love is Not Over Yet, which was written for him by none other than Walter Afanasieff and his team. A beautiful music video was made for it,
- there are two old Kazakh folk songs, Tau Ishinde and Aqerke, which Dimash reworked, rewrote and arranged, two dynamic, danceable songs, with a great video,
- there's My Way, the classic Sinatra song that he sang in the Hungarian Virtuosos with legends like Plácido Domingo and Jose Carreras, accompanied by none other than Hauser.
- and there are 8 new songs composed by Dimash, and he wrote the lyrics for several of them; the songs are Omir, Qarlygashym Uya Salganda, Fire, Gashyqtyq, Samal - which he wrote for Nurzhas Sadirbayev, Samgau, Living for the Game, and When I've Got You included, because this version was released in 2026.
So what are those people that Dimash mentions on Instagram talking about? 😕 I really don't know, but I've seen such comments in several places, on his own accounts or other Kazakh accounts, under articles published on news portals. They are in Kazakh or Russian, some of them are in English and they are critical, often offensivek or sarcastic, and show that the people who wrote them are completely unaware of Dimash's repertoire and work.
Dimash literally put Kazakhstan on the map for Western countries. Thousands of people travel there from all over the world when he gives a concert at home. He is a cultural ambassador for his country and a global goodwill ambassador for the UN IOM. Millions all over the world admire his voice, his songs, his talent and how humble a person he has remained despite his success. Still, there are those who ask "when will he become a real singer"?! It's ridiculous, but true. If cheap is the standard for singers, then I would say never, because Dimash is so high above cheap songs. If a country that is far from being called the centre of the world's music industry (let there be no mistake about it I don't insult Kazakhstan, but these are the facts) has an artist blessed with such immense talent as Dimash, then he should be supported, not pulled down.
Dimash never brags and never criticizes. But it seems that sometimes he feels the need to speak his mind, because he must be confused by this phenomenon, and it probably hurts him. And that's not good. But we hope that this will change, and his successes and art will be received everywhere as he deserves.
